Your Rights and Protection

Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product is faulty, unsafe, incorrectly supplied, significantly different from its description or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a replacement, refund or another remedy.
The appropriate remedy will depend on whether the product failure is major or minor and on the circumstances.
