Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to countries within the Commonwealth and select international regions. If your country isn’t available at checkout, we may not support delivery there yet — but we’re always expanding.

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to size or service restrictions, it may be redirected to a nearby post office or collection point.
Which products are considered dangerous goods for shipping?
Some products are classified as dangerous goods by postal and courier services because of their composition, pressure, or flammability.
At My Pet Buddy:

Our products are formulated and shipped under the guidelines that comply with Australia Post and courier requirements.

If a product cannot be shipped to your area due to agricultural or postal restrictions, we will notify you and assist with alternatives.

Do the prices listed on the website include tax?
Yes.
All prices on our site are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
No surprises — what you see is what you pay, plus any shipping charges shown at checkout.
How many items can I order?
You can order as many items as you like, subject to stock availability.
In rare cases, very large parcels may be split into multiple deliveries for safety and carrier requirements.
Where will my order be shipped from?
Orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre based in Victoria, Australia.
Most deliveries are via Australia Post, and occasional trusted courier partners may be used to ensure timely service.
Will I receive samples with my order?
At this stage, My Pet Buddy does not include product samples automatically with orders.
If we run sample promotions in the future, details will be provided at checkout or via email.
Is Click and Collect available?
Currently, Click and Collect is not offered.
We focus on reliable home delivery within Australia.
If this changes in the future, we will announce it on the website and via email.
Will I receive samples with my Click and Collect order?
Not applicable — Click and Collect is not currently available.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your order has been processed and shipped:

You will receive a tracking confirmation email with a tracking number.

Use this number to follow your parcel via Australia Post or the assigned courier.
If you did not receive a tracking email, check your spam/junk folder or contact support@mypetbuddy.au.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Missed Deliveries & Lost Packages
If no one is available to receive the delivery:

The carrier may leave your parcel at your local post office or collection point.

Your tracking information will indicate where your parcel has been redirected.
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you haven’t received it:

Check with neighbours or household members.

Contact your local post office or delivery centre.

Risk of loss generally passes to the customer once the parcel has been handed to the courier, except where required otherwise under Australian Consumer Law.
Order Cancellations (Shipping-related)
Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement by contacting support@mypetbuddy.au.
If your order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Damaged or Defective Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@mypetbuddy.au with photos and your order number. We will assist you in resolving the issue in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
